「馬習會」周六將在新加坡登場，但兩岸領導人史上第一次會面的重大消息，卻在出發前三天的深夜才公布，引發外界質疑黑箱作業，因為消息提前走漏才不得不在 深夜公布。總統府方面昨天強調，馬習會的所有過程，陸委會都會接受國會監督，絕對不是「黑箱作業」；府方也再度強調，「馬習會」絕對不會觸及政治談判，不 會簽署任何政治協議，會後也不會發表共同聲明。陸委會表示「馬習會」後，希望兩岸領導人見面能制度化，「這次是馬總統見面，也許以後我們國家領導人也可以還是一樣見到面。」馬英九總統今天上午十點將舉行國際記者會，說明此次馬習會相關事宜。
